Who We Are: In the heart of Northern California, we propose a micro-community that cherishes independence while embracing togetherness. Our goal is to provide the extensive learning needed to embark on the journey of home co-ownership.
About Seniors SHARE: Seniors SHARE, a local business located in Vallejo, California, is the vision of Pamela Gustava Curry, a working senior herself. Pamela created this model to build a community not just with bricks and mortar, but woven with the threads of shared experiences and mutual support for housing security for thousands of working seniors just like her.
What We Do: Through our online program, Seniors SHARE, we enable working seniors to join together to co-buy property, mainly multi-unit properties and sometimes houses to each owner-occupy as their primary residence
